SWEETENING MAGIC

We all have someone somewhat difficult in our lives that can become a bit problematic for us at times.  It could be a neighbor, a co-worker, our mother in law, etc.

This has been used by many and it has worked for me throughout the years.  

INGREDIENTS

Honey

Small Piece of Brown Paper (from paperbag is perfect)

Picture of the person if available

Place the person's name inside the honey jar along with the picture if it is available.

As you are closing the jar say:

"May this honey sweeten your thoughts (name of person), and may it take away all your negativity.  You will be sweet towards me as I will be sweet towards you." 

You can either plant this in the ground, in a beautiful pot, or stick it in the freezer.  If you opt to stick it in the freezer you should not take it out if you still have to deal with the person.  For example if it is a co-worker the jar should remain in the freezer while you have to deal with him/her when you take it out never open the jar again but take it and plant is somewhere where there is alot of nature.

WHITE MAGIC/BLACK MAGIC..and a WAR Cleanse

To me magic is magic and really has no color, however we have grown accustomed to seeing in movies, etc..that black magic is evil and white is good...pink or red is love...green is money or prosperity etc....I have been raised believing in astrology, magic, the higher power, the power of faith and prayer...I personally don't consider myself to be a fanatic of anything, but I have witnessed first and second hand the powers of magic.  That being said, it is also important to point out that the power of the mind can surpass anything or anyone!

Astrology, magic, and other supernatural and metaphysical topics are becoming much more prevalent and I am going to jump the gun and say acceptable.   In my youth white magic was like breathing.. we didn't think anything of it..it was normal practice.  We prayed when we went to bed, and prayed when we woke up, prayed when we left the house, prayed when we sat to eat..we pretty much prayed for everything...grandma had a shrine in her room with candles lit for any possible cause you could imagine....and when whatever was being asked for came through ...talk about MAJOR!!!!! So, that being said...I believe in the magic of prayer and well lighting a candle that is magic in itself..it is the intention of lighting that candle that puts things in motion not the actual candle itself...so you see, the power of intention is what makes things magical.

If I think back...I was programmed correctly..but what happened along the way I don't know...it's time to get back to business...and make things happen...

Going to start with a cleanse to get me in the zone:

War Cleanse

This cleanse should be done when you feel weighed down..maybe things are not going your way or seem as though they are not..you may have alot of people who envy you around you and just need to break all this negative energy away...


Ingredients
Water
Egg Shell Powder
Pompey Perfume
Evil Breaker Perfume
Winner Perfume
Honey
Rum

Mix all the ingredients in a large pot while mixing them concentrate on what you want this cleanse's outcome to be (ex. To remove the negative energy from you)

Bring all ingredients to a boil should yield you about 3-16 ounce water bottles (since it should be done for three days in a row)

Let them cool and fill the water bottles...
Take a regular shower
After you finish bathing before you get out of the shower pour the water over you asking to our higher power to banish all negativity from you and around you so that you may be able to overcome all obstacles that have been planted in your way and reach your highest goals.

STAR OF DAVID...A GRAND TRINE..AND WHAT IT MEANS TO ME...

I saw this quote on one of my favorite astrologer's pages (Anne Ortelee) and I can't tell you how accurate it is in my life at this moment:

Letting go is one of the hardest things to do...at least for me it is...we strive to make things work.  We all have goals and aspirations that keep us looking forward...and it seems as though the very things that keep us moving sometimes keep us stuck!  I personally am one to give people the benefit of the doubt. I believe in people and don't mind doing so, even though I must admit...that I give more than 100 percent almost all of the time...being a Leo with an Ascendant in Scorpio...I always believe that anything is possible...but what happens when it's too late..what happens when you gave it  150 percent and now, when you are done is when they want to value you...it's true "You don't know what you have until you lose it!"

Some may not agree, but I believe that women being different from most men we wait, we think things will change and wait...and wait...and wait...only to wake up one day and realize THAT THEY WON'T and we are READY TO LEAVE...then what do you know...a miracle takes place and it's at that time...when you no longer have anything left that they feel as though they have received an epiphany of some sort and now things are clear and they want to change...the thing is that it's only temporary and even if it's not, its too late and you are over it...I mean really over it..and although part of you wishes you could go back and feel what you felt...the truth is you CAN'T not that you won't you just CAN'T, it's not there anymore...some of us may pretend it's still there, but it really isn't..some may live another ten years pretending, but I really don't believe that this is necessary.  There is so much out there to live for...to fill you, to inpsire you...to make you feel like the woman that you were truly meant to be...So you see...no matter what...you owe it to yourself to be happy..everyone deserves that...some people make their kids an excuse, the family, finances, etc...but you see there really is no excuse when you chose YOU!  It's all about you!  You can't bring anyone a float if you are drowning and if you are living a mediocre life...YOU ARE DROWNING...bring yourself afloat live for you!  It may seem like it gets worse but in reality it is SO MUCH BETTER!!!!!

Where this summer will end I don't know but I do know that it has had many ups and down and perhaps a few more to come...so we'll see where this trine leads me...

Jupiter enters Cancer

I have been eagerly waiting for Jupiter for finally leave Gemini...and enter Cancer where  it LOVES to be...Jupiter goes into my eigth house where it facilitates shared resources, sexuality, intimacy...a new home or car is possible...and guess what....A NEW CAR was possible....a house would be great...but I am happy with the CAR!!! A few years ago I became really sick and had to be in the hospital for a really long time...you can imagine what that did to my credit...so I had pretty much given up on owning anything....I got divorced during the whole ordeal so I didn't have him to depend on...but fortunately I have great parents and dad came through!  But now...it's all me baby..wooowhooo...I can't wait for all the other good stuff that Jupiter is bringing me.....

It's been a minute since I've written and a lot has gone on…today I came home from work to find a dead duck in my garden…I am not sure how to take it…

Today..I know how to take it...the day after the dead duck..I was faced with a major pivot in my life...a curve ball that came out of nowhere...however one that I would not know of until 5/30/13.  It was a sign from above of something that would change my thoughts and my heart forever.  A betrayal once again from someone very important to me.  Today I feel a great shift in energy last night was the SUPERMOON of June 2013...what developments will come from this we will eventually find out...Jupiter is moving into Cancer on Tuesday...a place where he feels comfortable...I am hoping that this big benefic will definitely benefit me and finally turn me into receiving blessings instead of curveballs.

OM..what does it mean?

I'm not sure if you've realized that when you ask someone the meaning of OM...you get answers like: "Universe", "past, present, and future", "what has existed, what exists and what shall exist"..the thing is that these and many other answers are all right...but in my search for the meaning of OM...i realized that it is very difficult to summarize the meaning of a symbol that is so rich in both meaning and in depth.  OM I have found is the divine that is housed inside us..how we connect with our past, our present and our future..our consciousness and connection with the divine in ourselves and in others..OM is the sound of the divine...in the past, the present and the future!

5 Foods to NEVER EAT!

As you have read..I have decided to make a dramatic change and to take control of me!  So I have been reading about inner health and nutrition and in reading I came across 5 foods to NEVER EAT because they are bad for you and stump us in weight loss..I'm not really looking to lose weight, but a detox wouldn't hurt neither would a healthier lifestyle..so here they are:

1. Concentrated Juice- (ex: Orange, Cranberry, Apple) These cause weight gain and TYPE II diabetes.  These juices put our bodies into fat storing mode by spiking up our blood sugar levels.
2. Margarine- It contains transfat which is added to prolong it's shelf life.  It increases our LDL levels (bad cholesterol)  BUTTER IS BETTER!
3. Whole Wheat Bread- Basically we all know this pasta, enriched flour, wine, beer.  These all trigger the Cortisol hormone which is produced by the adrenal glands
4. Soy- Grehlin
5. Genetically Modified Corn- OMG….

TIME FOR CHANGE…SATURN, PLUTO, MARS

January promises many changes…we are not only shifting to change but most importantly we are open to it..and to top it off the planets are awaking our need to make these changes.

Saturn in sextile to Pluto will enable us to break free from what is holding us back and prepare psychologically to not fear what is to come.  The way I see it is if this are not perfect it's o.k.!

Mars in Aquarius will give us the ability to see clearly and to look at our limitations as ways to see things differently to be able to move forward.

On January 3 I feel very optimistic of my future which is no surprise since Mars is trigone to Jupiter.  I feel very sure that I will succeed in all the changes that I have put into action!

On January 17th, Venus will conjunct Pluto…I'm writing it down to remind me that during this time love relationships may reach a high sexual voltage which is always very good..however on the downside jealousy, and possessiveness could also be a possibility it could even mean a break up. (Things that make you go hmmm)

2013 New Year Cleanse

Here we are! How exciting!  Ready for a Do-Over! Yay! As is a custom in my family we began our New Year's cleanse early in the morning on 12/29.  I had grown bored of the tradition and slacked off for a few years...I'm not saying that my life has been a bad roller coaster because I didn't do the New Year's cleanse, but just in case this year it's a go with the family tradition once again!  

I called my mom and asked her for some pointers (I must admit...I heard the joy in her voice...and that made me happy!)  Happy not only because she is happy, but also because I feel like I am taking ownership of my life again!  I had always been a very spiritual person, but I let the ugly take over...NO MORE!  

So...back to the cleanse....

QUICK NOTE:  I had my mind set on preparing for this so I had a head start...and since I am off from work for two weeks...I have had a lot of time on my hands...BUT....the first few days of January are just a strong energy wise for doing this...it is said that as long as you do this before January 6th (the day of the Epiphany) you will reap the same rewards!

• The first thing to do is to  put on music in the background or in your ipod..I created a playlist of positive feel good songs to keep my mind and spirit in tune with the work getting done….Open up the windows let the chi flow from nature….Have fun…get excited!!!
• Second, turn on a candle and some incense.
• Third start to clean your home and I mean much deeper than Spring Cleaning...out with the old and in with the new...
• While cleaning I began a pile of different things that I would be donating that were no longer going to be part of my life..There are so many needy people in the world that this cleansing benefits all in the universe.
• It's important to note that this cleansing is not only material but most importantly spiritual and this brings out many emotions...especially when you are ridding yourself of baggage...cry if you want...laugh if you want...but most importantly RELEASE...don't get angry... know that so much BETTER is coming into your life...it's already knocking on your door...there is nothing holding you back from your best life ever!  Some things need to leave so that better things come...Perhaps you lost someone close (know that it was their time and now they are another angel looking out for you)...perhaps you lost a love(I know it hurts..but learn the lesson and know that what is coming is better) This New Year will be much more nurturing the energy coming forth from the Universe is very different..
• I usually try to rearrange furniture (remembering the principles of feng shui..don't go making things worse just because you think you HAVE to move things around) Sometimes space doesn't permit it and that's o.k...just make sure you clean under and around that is enough moving :)
• Once you are finished with your home cleansing now you are ready to begin on yourself. The following bath is prepared for love and prosperity for the new year..following are the ingredients that you will need:
• Roses (Only the petals)
• When you are removing the petals ask for what you want make each petal a wish..reinforce your wishes don't be afraid…the sky is the limit!
• Cinnamon Sticks
• Honey (3tbsp)
• Body Splash or Perfume that you use
• Road Opener Perfume
• Come to Me Perfume
• Remember that if you want luck you have to start by letting go of all that holds you back.  Forget about all of your bad experiences remember those are only put in our path to learn from them.  Don't be scarred..fear only holds us back…instead EMBRACE all the good that is coming your way..allow yourself to be excited!
• Water (Gallon)
• Mix all of the above ingredients on the stove let them boil for about ten minutes and then let them sit to warm and comfortable temperature..I found that I had enough for about three baths filling up 3 water bottles. 
• Set up your bathroom with a candle and mediate…look in the mirror…and I mean really look at yourself(at first this may not be very simple..there's a difference with looking in the mirror and looking at ourselves in the mirror..I found that initially I kept looking away..and then I truly saw myself..saw who I was..saw who I wanted to be and at that time I closed my eyes and began to visualize…visualize the life that I wanted..visualized me enjoying that life..you see how we get there is up to the Universe…we just need to visualize the final product!)
• Now it's finally bath time…take a regular shower while cleansing yourself inside and out.
• For luck all around wear a brand new pair of yellow underwear..for love and passion obviously red.
• My mom loves to travel..so at midnight she grabs a suitcase and runs around the house with it…for the record..she hasn't stopped traveling yet!
