As you have read..I have decided to make a dramatic change and to take control of me! So I have been reading about inner health and nutrition and in reading I came across 5 foods to NEVER EAT because they are bad for you and stump us in weight loss..I'm not really looking to lose weight, but a detox wouldn't hurt neither would a healthier lifestyle..so here they are:
- Concentrated Juice- (ex: Orange, Cranberry, Apple) These cause weight gain and TYPE II diabetes. These juices put our bodies into fat storing mode by spiking up our blood sugar levels.
- Margarine- It contains transfat which is added to prolong it's shelf life. It increases our LDL levels (bad cholesterol) BUTTER IS BETTER!
- Whole Wheat Bread- Basically we all know this pasta, enriched flour, wine, beer. These all trigger the Cortisol hormone which is produced by the adrenal glands
- Soy- Grehlin
- Genetically Modified Corn- OMG….
