OM..what does it mean?

I'm not sure if you've realized that when you ask someone the meaning of OM...you get answers like: "Universe", "past, present, and future", "what has existed, what exists and what shall exist"..the thing is that these and many other answers are all right...but in my search for the meaning of OM...i realized that it is very difficult to summarize the meaning of a symbol that is so rich in both meaning and in depth.  OM I have found is the divine that is housed inside us..how we connect with our past, our present and our future..our consciousness and connection with the divine in ourselves and in others..OM is the sound of the divine...in the past, the present and the future!


5 Foods to NEVER EAT!


As you have read..I have decided to make a dramatic change and to take control of me!  So I have been reading about inner health and nutrition and in reading I came across 5 foods to NEVER EAT because they are bad for you and stump us in weight loss..I'm not really looking to lose weight, but a detox wouldn't hurt neither would a healthier lifestyle..so here they are:

  1. Concentrated Juice- (ex: Orange, Cranberry, Apple) These cause weight gain and TYPE II diabetes.  These juices put our bodies into fat storing mode by spiking up our blood sugar levels.
  2. Margarine- It contains transfat which is added to prolong it's shelf life.  It increases our LDL levels (bad cholesterol)  BUTTER IS BETTER!
  3. Whole Wheat Bread- Basically we all know this pasta, enriched flour, wine, beer.  These all trigger the Cortisol hormone which is produced by the adrenal glands
  4. Soy- Grehlin
  5. Genetically Modified Corn- OMG….
